Dear Friends, We want to let you know that the Palyul New York City centeris holding practice with Dorje Lopon Lama Wangchuk --The schedule is as follows: Sundays, 11 AM at Tsampa Restaurant, 9th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue 8 Noble Auspicious Ones, 21 Tara, Vajrakilaya, and mantra practice (Tibetan and English) Sundays, 7:30 PM at 121 Bowery, 2nd floor (near Grand) 8 Noble Auspicious Ones, 21 Tara, Vajrakilaya, and mantra practice (Tibetan and some chanting in Chinese) |

Mondays, 7:30 PM at 121 Bowery, 2nd floor (near Grand) Ngondro: Foundation practice (Tibetan, Chinese and English) You do NOT have to have been attending our course to join at any time. Also, please write if you have questions. The class includes long chanting sessions in Tibetan with some English recitation. Suggested donation: $5-$10 Please write for practice books. Dorje Lopon Lama Wangchuk will lead practice on this Sunday(March 2nd) as well as Monday(March 3rd) as usual. Come join us on Monday at the time of Tibetan New Year, Losar! Usualy there are 3 practice meetings every week in 2 different locations. 1st meeting takes place at Tsampa restaurant which is located at 9th Street (between 2nd and 3rd Avenue). Practices may include Long Bodhisattva vow; Riwo Sangcho; Tara Puja; Vajrakilaya. You can start attending meetings with the Lama at any time without reservations, if you do not have practice book it will be provided for the session. Time -- 11:00AM - every Sunday morning 2nd meeting. Then you have a chance to attend same as above in the evening at 121 Bowery (3rd building southward from corner of Grand street, east side of the street) 3rd floor - Chinese Buddhist temple. Time -- 7:30PM - every Sunday evening. 3rd meeting. On Monday practices will be drawn from preliminaries drawn from Nam Cho terma. Practices include overview of preliminaries with weekly focus on Refuge; Bodhichitta; Vajrasattva purification; Long & short Mandala offering; Guru Yoga; Kusali Chod, combined with practice of Avolokiteshvara. Location: 121 Bowery (3rd building southward from corner of Grand street, east side of the street) 3rd floor - Chinese Buddhist temple. Time 7:30PM every Monday.
