DISCOVERING NATURAL MIND
If you are interested in meditation, this course is the ideal starting place. It introduces you to simple meditation methods that enable you to calm the mind, defuse suffering and anxiety, and re-connect with the insight and the love within.
Based on the classic bestseller The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, written by Sogyal Rinpoche, this course offers a complete introduction to meditation and to the basic principles of Buddhism. It will show you how to apply the universal wisdom of these teachings to life in the modern world so they bring personal benefit.
Each session combines video selections of teachings by Sogyal Rinpoche with instruction, guided meditation, personal reflection and group discussion. Participants are encouraged to establish a daily meditation practice, and individual guidance is available.
