In 1988, to commemorate the 1.2 million Tibetans killed and the additional millions who are being tortured and having their lives destroyed by the Chinese occupation of Tibet, the Tibetan Liberation Army splattered red paint on the doors of the consulate of the Peoples Republic of China in New York City, to symbolize the blood which has been so shamefully spilled by the Chinese in their genocidal rampage on the roof of the world.
